The Agripreneurship Summer School is a two-week programme that aims at inspiring and enabling students at UDSM to become successful agripreneurs. The programme includes various different activities such as short lectures by business coaches and practitioners, input sessions by entrepreneurs and support organisations, pitch training workshops as well as site visits to startup companies. Throughout the programme students are supported by the project team and by experienced business coaches from both Tanzania and Germany.
The Summer School takes place in turns in Tanzania and Germany: In 2023 and 2025 at UDSM and in 2024 and 2026 at TU Berlin. In total 100 students from both universities can take part in the Agripreneurship Summer Schools within the framework of the AESDEA project.
